Private Yoga Sessions

Private Yoga Session

Group yoga classes are a fun way to connect with your own body, and with a community of like minded people. Together we stay motivated to practice wellness. We enjoy the health benefits of practicing yoga every day as a result of mindfully moving.

Practicing yoga in a group is not for everyone. In some cases, a private yoga session is a great way to start. A private yoga class is one where you get more individualized attention.

You might enjoy a private yoga session if you:

Are recovering from an injury or illness where safety considerations are a factor.

You have specific goals related to a health, weight loss, diet, or nutrition.

Are having physical, mental, and emotional pain due to a private concern and your body feels stuck.

Would enjoy spiritual development with private mindful movement by combining meditation, prayer, and yoga.

Desire to deepen your practice and boost your confidence.

You desire to move more deeply into stretches and more perfect poses than you are able to in a group class setting.

You prefer the teacher’s full attention while you are learning how your body works in yoga poses.

Every cell and tissue in your body can improve function with proper movement.

In a private session, modifications can be taught to insure that your are getting the proper alignment. You can sculpt your muscles while increasing your flexibility and balance.

Working with me, you can sculpt specific muscle groups or work on loosening tight shoulders, knees, or hamstrings. Your body will become stronger. You will be more balanced.

Private yoga sessions are a perfect way to practice if you prefer individualized attention. They can remain ongoing, or you may join a group class. It’s all up to you.

I have a lifetime experience in health, wellness, movement, and nutrition. I set up an interview to learn more about your body. Together, we move you through the basic poses.

If you would like to talk about a private yoga session, email me. I’ll get right back to you and we can discuss helping you with strength, balance, and flexibility.
